Dr Angeliki Kleanthous is an Internal Medicine Consultant with expertise in Diabetes Mellitus.

She graduated from University of Crete in 2011 and followed Internal Medicine training in Cyprus. While in training, she attended Diabetes Care outpatient clinics, during her observership at the Imperial NHS Trust Hospitals in London.

After succeeding the Internal Medicine Board examination in Greece, Dr Kleanthous was qualified as an Internal Medicine Specialist in 2017. Following this, she was appointed as a Senior Clinical Fellow in Diabetes at Stockport NHS Trust in Greater Manchester. Concomitantly, she completed a master’s degree (MSc) at the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, in Diabetes.

Through her two practises, she is able to serve two different but closely related medical entities. On one arm is Family Medicine, which is doctor’s main speciality and on the other arm is her special interest in Diabetes Care, that requires up to date education and experience.

Dr Kleanthous’ aim through her medical practise, is to provide a high standard primary care as well as a modern approach to Diabetes Care.
